irene greeted me warmly upon arrival , a true gem. she provided fresh cookies , a sweet gesture i appreciated. the room faced the water , a tranquil sight. breakfast offered a good selection of items , a welcome start to the day.

i found no phone in the room , a minor inconvenience. the bar lacked food options , requiring me to order from elsewhere. one of the reception staff seemed reluctant to help , an attitude i found off-putting.

the room was not excellent. it had old, stained carpet and the bathroom layout was quite impractical with a bathtub. for the price i paid, i expected a much nicer room. furthermore, the air conditioning was not effective. it did not adequately cool the room, even when set to the lowest temperature. it.

i got warm welcome with great service. the room was immaculate and cleaned each day, wow. the ferry to canary wharf it ran about every ten minutes i saw! it was super regular and convenient.

the room was basic for what i paid. i was a little disappointed in it i have to say. the windows were frosted so i could not see outside from the room. that was disappointing.
